The SBT refresh causes to VPN disconnect

My Scala SBT project is configured to work with JFrog Artifacrtory and to get all dependecy jar's from there. The Artifactory host is located in VPN. As soon as I do refresh: View -> Tool Windows -> SBT -> and click on the project "Refresh' button the SBT begins to download dependencies. It takes ~30-40 seconds until connection to VPN fails and the refresh gets stuck. My guess is that running SBT refresh from IntelliJ causes to disconnection. I've ran multiple (8, 10, 12) parallel heavy downloads,50G each, from VPN and connection was OK.
What can I do to find what causes to this situation?

We've created YouTrack ticket for that. Could you please attach a set of logs (IDEA Top Menu -> Help -> Collect and Show Logs in Finder/Explorer) to the ticket? If it's possible, get this set of logs right after the error appears.
Can you please also check if running "sbt update" on the console has the same effect?
I used refresh few times and finally got all jars downloaded.
Anyway, I attached IntelliJ log file for a project that uses JFrog Artifactory.
