Scientific Developer

I have a project which typically deploys over ssh to a Anaconda environment on a remote server.  

I have duplicated this environment in a local Docker image.  

I would like to be to switch between deploying to my local Docker image, and the remote server, however I cannot seem to get the configuration correct.  Is this possible?  

I am running Docker for Mac with a rhel7 base image for compatibility with the remote server.
