PyCharm EDU Task Description shows "Please, open any task to see task description" not task info

When trying to run a course the description will not show despite trying Several different courses, deleting and re-creating as well as other troubleshooting below:
- Deleted course completely (removed files as well as deleting the reference in pycharm
- Tried other courses
- Tried other interpreters for python
- Completely deleted pycharm, config files, and library files.
- re-installed pycharm
