MacOS SIerra 10.12.4 (16E195) - PhpStorm Ultra SLOW (CPU) + Crash

I've got a lot of issue with PhpStorm on my mac:

- most of the time, my CPU is running at more than 300% which result to lags while typing...

- when I put my mac in screen saving mode (afk...), phpStorm just crash, I have to reload it.
