No more bash support for run configurations in 2017.2?

We have a suite of Bash scripts that we use to run tests and analysis tools against our code and until yesterday I could run them from Intellij through the Run/Debug configurations using the Bash default but that gone now with the update. I've searched around and can't find any way to run an arbitrary script from Run/Debug in 2017.2.
