Navigate -> File (control-shift-N) fails to stay open on Windows 7 (2017.2)
We've just upgraded to 2017.2 at work, and now very often if I hit control-shift-N to navigate to a file by name, the dialog pops up and then immediately disappears. Sometimes, I can use the menu item and it will work, but often it does the same thing.

Hello, this is a known issue which reproduced on Linux, but didn't see it on Windows yet. Could you please try this workaround anyway. Let me know about results.
Hi Anna -- Sorry, I forgot that I'd switched from running the Windows version to running the Linux version from our server. The workaround (basically) helps, although I get the "dialog comes up but it doesn't get focus" issue, but that's minor.
If it's of any help, we use MobaXTerm as our windows X server software.
