*.lib Files are ignored by JavaBuilder

Why is the file text.lib ignored? Is there any config which I can remove from the ignored list?

*.lib is not in File Types -> Ignore files and folders:

*.hprof;*.pyc;*.pyo;*.rbc;*.yarb;*~;.DS_Store;.git;.hg;.svn;CVS;__pycache__;_svn;vssver.scc;vssver2.scc;
