EAP update dialog download button links to main build

The download button in the EAP's update dialog has been linking to the main build page for a couple of builds now (since 2017.1 or .2 as far as I can tell).  This is frustrating, as it means I must go track down the EAP wiki page every time there's a new update that can't be patched.  Furthermore, it led a coworker of mine to accidentally "upgrade" (downgrade) to the non-EAP, as she just downloaded the main build since that was the page it sent her to.  It used to link directly to the new EAP build; what changed?  Can it be changed back?
