IntelliJ 2017.2 X64 Update No longer Starts

Hi There,
After updating to the new 2017.2 IntelliJ refuses to start up. Uninstall/Reinstall provides no joy at all.
Entire Development Floor currently dead in the water due to IDE problems (NOT GOOD!)
Lots of replay_x.log on desktop folders, and no ones IDE opens anymore.
Currently resorting to Netbeans to carry on development.

Opens after deleting the entire maven repository, and deleting all iml files.
Import maven workspace still ok, Load maven repository - dies on repository indexing.
Will continue to die on every start during the indexing phase.
