Navigating and Scrolling the "Run Window"

When I run multiple programs they open in tabs in the Run Window. Is there a way to quickly switch between the tabs using keyboard shortcuts.
Plus navigation of the output windows using keyboard seems broken. The arrows keys work but page up/ page down buttons dont work which is very very annoying.
I am using Fedora 26 and Idea ideaIC-2017.2.2.

Alt+Left/Right will move between the tabs (can be customized in Settings | Keymap).
PgUp/PgDown also works fine in the output consoles.
Thanks, I figured out why the page up/down was not working. Vim plug-in was the culprit
