Drop-down Menu opens up in middle of the screen

Hi, on windows10, every time I click on File or Tools or any other menu item, the dropdown menu opens with serious offset, sometimes in the middle of the screen,  it happens with any sub item that opens a drop-down menu as well.

Bug? Feature?

Yes, I am working on a docking station with 2 screens when my laptop is open and active as a screen as well. and it happens only on the 2 big screens. Not on the laptop screen in this 3screen position.

Please try passing -Dsun.java2d.uiScale.enabled=false VM option to WebStorm (in vmoptions file: Help > Edit custom VM options).
