I have seen similar questions about these files, but none of them are specific to a Mac. I have 3 files that total 2 gigabytes. Can I safely delete them?

Hi Snapper67! Yeap, absolutely, those are memory snapshots (one can record them to report performance problems, docs https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241235-Reporting-performance-problems).
