Display issues since the 172.3757

Ever since the latest update, the IDE is getting rendered at a very low resolution. This results in the whole window seeming like it has been zoomed it. I have tried resetting to the default layout and I have also unchecked any plugins which could be resulting in that issue. (.ignore wasn't compatible with the latest update). It is very annoying to get to work like this. Is this a known issue or am I doing anything wrong?

I'm experiencing the same issue. When application open in second monitor the popup menus appear on the primary screen or positioned way over to the right. This is only happening since update yesterday to 2017.2.2
