korean encoding problem

I use clion 2017.1.3 and MinGW 5.0 and windows 10 x64.

When korean in source code and run result korean is broken.

When UTF-8, If I write "안녕" in the source code, I will get the result like "?덈뀞".

When EUC-KR work well.

how to solve this problem?

Could you please try using CLion 2017.3 EAP and also send a screenshot of the problem?

source code when use euc-kr, clion 2017.1.3

and also EAP is same.
