Same exact keys shortcut on both Windows and Mac

I'm currently working on intellij in Windows and Mac OSx at the same time.

I'd like to use the exactly same keys for shortcuts on both OS.

I've changed setup intellij on my Windows machine to use Mac OS shortcuts, but they don't work.

I use a Microsoft keyboard on both OS. I just want to use the same shortcuts (exactly same keys) in both OS.
