Error while intalling IntelliJ Community

I received the following error while installing IntelliJ-community (version 13.1.2) :

0x643(1603)

Any help will be appreciated.

Try the current version from http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/index.html.

If it still doesn't work, please use the .zip download: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/206544699.
