"Check out from Version Control" does not "Git".

I pressed "Clone", but nothing happened. What's the problem?

Make sure git is installed and path to it properly configured in Settings - Version control - Git

This might be https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-135954

Thank you. I did not know what Git was and I did not explain that no one should install Git for me.
