High CPU usage when starting

Everytime I start Pychamr my MacBook Pro fans go insane. The CPU in the Monitor shows sometimes up to 600%.
I would say this has to be with the "Updating Indices" that runs in the background and "Updating Python Interpreter". Is it necessary everytime?

Every JetBrains IDE I have ever used (IntelliJ, PyCharm), it consumes many resources and freezes most of the time.
