Hide find in path instant results window

Is there any way to hide the "Find in path..." instant results window?

I much preferred the old version where you would type in what you wanted and then it showed the results in the Find Window; I know you can still click the button to go to the find window, but that doesn't stop the instant results section from coming up.

Reason being is I find it annoying when you're typing and the window constantly keeps "flashing" each time you type a new letter, it's very distracting and annoying tbh.
