Webstorm has no feature for "required plugins"?

Hi,

we're using save actions in Intellij and  it's become available in Webstorm too last week. In Intellij we use the required plugins option and shared project files to make sure everybody can install "required plugins" quickly.

Is this simply missing in Webstorm? If it is I would suggest adding it as a feature request in case there's no particular reason for that.
