Cannot Open IntelliJ IDEA 2017.2.5 [Error]

Hello. I have problems with my IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate 2017.2.5 and i had problems;
I updated my Windows from a BROKEN version to a new one [16299.19], and my IJ just stopped working;
- Log [Path: %user%\.IntelliJIdea2017.2\system\log\idea.txt] LOG
- Error Log [Path: C:\Users\%user%\Desktop\%error file name%.txt] ERROR
I tried:
- Reinstalling IJ IDEA
- Reinstalling Java
- Reinstalling JDK
- Deleting MOST of the files (.IntelliJIdea2017.2 and D:\Program FIles\JetBrains\Intellij IDEA 2017.2.5)

Could you please try to check the issue with IDEA 2017.3 EAP: https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/nextversion/ ? Also please check your RAM for errors
Try switching to Oracle JDK, see https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/206544879.
I already saw that, i don't get it how do i do it
Set IDEA_JDK environment variable, like this:
(use the actual path for your Oracle Java home directory).
But where do i set it?
