pycharm can't connect to jupiter notebook server

i want to work on Jupiter notebook in pycharm, but when i click on play, a window that says: "connecting to Jupiter notebook server " pops up. and it never connects

Looks like you're using quite an old version of PyCharm, don't you mind to try a newer one?
