PhpStorm constantly flashes in the taskbar

This is getting really annoying.

I'll switch to another program, and PhpStorm will flash in the taskbar continuously for no reason. I'm often using an SSH panel (from PhpStorm) on my left monitor, and after switching programs PhpStorm will start flashing again. Happens about 20% of the time on multiple projects.

There's never any apparent reason or message for the flashing.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately they're not addressed yet.
