WebStorm stops functioning

Since few days,

Webstorm just keeps stopping functioning, after a bit of work (30 minutes).

The last change I have done concerned themes and apparency.

I am really about changing IDE,

I can't event print the error logs, since it just keep functioning, I must kills the process (on Ubuntu).
