DefinitelyTyped library is ignored after installing ESLint

I'm using the Parse Server for my project. I had to add the "parse-DefinitelyTyped" library to get rid of "not defined" errors from the Webstorm and then errors disappeared. However, I just installed ESLint and those errors are back again. Is this a known issue? Are there any workarounds or am I doing something wrong?
