Formatting for Sass/SCSS

Hello,

We are trying to include a style linter in our workflow. Stylelint does a great job. However, certain rules are difficult to follow because of the limited formatting rules available for SCSS.
If we use the rules comment-empty-line-before and comment-whitespace-inside. I found no way to configure the formatter to add/keep a blank line before a comment. The formatter actually remove those blank lines.
Is there a way to keep those lines ?
