Intellij IDEA Community edition require registration

Dear JetBrains,

 

I am running Windows 10 64 bit.

I installed 2 JDK 1.8 and 1.9, both 64 bit.

I install Intellij IDEA Community Edition through NPackD package manager. It is installed in 

C:\Program Files\IntelliJ_IDEA_Community_Edition

 

When I run C:\Program Files\IntelliJ_IDEA_Community_Edition\bin\idea64.exe. It ask me to complete the registration. I did put my Jet Brains id/email and password, but not work. Help..

Are you sure it's Community Edition? Please double check.

Community Edition has no registration.
