Comment out lines without having a number block (Surface Book)

Is there a Key Shortcut for small keyboards like Surface Book? It's pretty annoying always to select the Comment option from the menu..

I'm not sure if I misunderstood, I'm not on my Surface at the moment I'm on my personal machine which is a Mac, but keyboard shortcuts can be changed to whatever you want in the settings menu. For me on Mac it is "Preferences -> Keymap". From memory, on Windows "Settings -> Keymap". There is a search box there that you can start to type the word Comment into and it will find the setting to change.
