Where can I download the PyCharm official documentation? 

In the Github have the documentation of IntelliJ IDEA, but I want the documentation that have in this link:

You could use this plugin: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/9993-bundled-pycharm-web-help that adds offline help feature to PyCharm. Also I've asked our developers to generate Pycharm webhelp as PDF document, please wait for the update.

I would wish to translate the documentation for Portuguese... but I do not want take in HTML format, because is a lot of work to convert for markdown. And is very difficult for to update the translation in this way...

The link you posted is no longer valid. I was wondering is there a way to generate a pdf for the recent pycharm document? Thanks!

Unfortunately JetBrains doesn't release PDF version of the documentation at the moment. As mentioned above, you can use the plugin to view documentation offline: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/9993-pycharm-help

Also, you can get PDF of keymap reference from the Help menu.
