Preserve case broken ? ( again?)

Hi,

It seems that the preserve case option no longer works when doing a replace.

I see weird behaviour. Sometimes preserving the first uppercase character it finds, other times no casing is preserved at all.

Can anyone confirm?

Using IntelliJ IDEA 2017.3.1 (Ultimate Edition)
Build #IU-173.3942.27, built on December 11, 2017
