PHPSTORM won't start dll problem

Hi,

Fresh WIndows 10 installation. Java is Installed.

PhpStorm installed without problems but when try to launch it, I receive the following error.

Tried with the 2017.3.1 and the previous 2.4

Hi there,

  • What is your OS (32 or 64 bit)?
  • What IDE version (32 or 64 bit) are you trying to launch?

Try with full installer: remove current version (but keep settings), download and lunch full installer.

 

NOTE: there appears to be some issues when running on 32-bit OS (or 32-bit Java). On 64-bit it runs fine. At least clean installation does.

Hi, Windows 10 64 bit, PhpStorm 64 bit.Thanks for the suggestion I was able to launch it properly by reinstalling it and restarting the pc.
