MinGW installed but ot detected.

Hi,
I installed MinGW and the CMake was detected, but Make, C Compiler and C++ Compiler are not detected. Has anyone any idea, what I schould do with it?

Well I did the instalation according this guide. And this is, how my MinGW looks.
