can't run or debug *.py files,but runs fine using *.ipynb files,why is it?

when i try to run or debug *.py files,the eventlog says:

Running error : com/jetbrains/python/debugger/PyDebugValueExecutionService

 

pleas help!

Sorry, debug console is not supported for Jupyter at the moment - https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-33594
