PhpStorm, mac and discrete video card

I had reinstal macos from zero. And I switch for using discrete video card always. But when I load phpstorm and I do not use it in this time - my mac slows down. The video jerks. The window is not as smooth.
But if I switch to integrated video card - no these problems.

Maybe someone had this?
