Pycharm cannot work on Nvidia TX1

Hi everyone,

I met a problem that Pycharm cannot run on Nvidia TX1, the system is ARM 64 Ubuntu 16.04.

I am not sure if Pycharm can work on ARM 64 systems or there will be some other solutions for this issue.
