Exporting Build Configurations and importing them into another Project

Hello,

I've got 12 or so build configurations in a project, I need to move these to a new project.

I can't copy and paste them, nor can I find an export configurations option.

I've followed steps detailed here: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/206905825-how-to-persist-and-import-run-configurations

However I don't seem to have any XML files containing configurations at all, I even grepped the entire system in case they were going to somewhere strange.

Is there a solution to this?
