PHPStorm 2017.3.1 not work fine with .vue components
When work with PHPStorm 2017.3.1 on file .vue (Components vue) i get horrible annotations
I've installed vue.js script
I try to search any solution, but any work.
I prefer use PHPStorm, but on latest time I think go back to VisualCode for problems with vue files.

works fine for me (PhpStorm 173.3942, with bundled Vue.js plugin):
what do you mean by installing vue.js script?
What errors do you see? Please hover over the highlighted code to see the error tooltip and take a screenshot
What theme/editor color scheme do you use, BTW?
Settings -> Languages & Frameworks -> Javascript (Select ECMA Script 6)

This issue is in phpstorm version 2019. Version 2018 is working fine.
I faced similar issue. I fixed by disabling .editorconfig (from lower right side of status bar. By clicking on 2/4 space button) altogether
