JetBrains ETW Host Service Bricks My PC

After I installed an update for IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate from JetBrains Toolbox, when I run IntelliJ IDEA, it has a black screen. After I restart nothing is responding, taskbar, explorer, Task Manager. Then I tried to restore to restore points, There is JetBrains ETW Installed restore point so I just restored. I would like to know what is the problem here? Is it safe to install IntelliJ IDEA from JetBrains Toolbox?

If the issue is caused by the JetBrains Toolbox, please report it at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/ALL and attach the logs. It's the first time I personally see such kind of problem reported in the forum.
