Show the grid lines in the database view

Answered

Can't seems to find a setting for this anywhere, so maybe someone here knows.

When in a view of the data in a table, how do I show or change the color of the lines between the rows and the columns to make it look more like a typical spreadsheet?

I'm not sure if it's because of the color of the lines is the same as the background color (which would be white, I use the IntelliJ scheme) or if it's that there just are no lines, I don't know, but I find the lack of lines hard to read.

Cheers.

There is no option to change the grid lines color. Could you attach a screenshot of how it looks for you? E.g. I see the grid lines (in a light grey golor). OS: Windows, IntelliJ Scheme:

There are settings for the Grid's background color in File | Settings | Editor | Color Scheme | Database -> Data Grid.

I have the same issue. I can see the light gray gridlines when I'm using a color scheme with a light background (like the Default color scheme).

But when I switch to using a color scheme with a dark background, like Darcula, the background of the tables becomes very dark and the gridlines basically disappear.  Here's a screenshot showing it.  (This is with the original Darcula theme):

None of the color changes in the Color Scheme seemed to make any difference.  I could find nothing that had any effect on either the background of the table or the gridlines.

There definitely needs to be a way to edit those colors.

My specs:

RubyMine 2018.3.5
Build #RM-183.5912.16, built on February 25, 2019
