Missing menù options

Hello.
I'm facing a strange issue where some of the menù options are not available in my PHPStorm IDE. For instance a can't use a remote interpreter (when try to add it I have no option for vagrant, docker, etc) as well as no capability for file watching.
Below you can find details of my installation
PhpStorm 2017.3.2 Build #PS-173.4127.29, built on December 22, 2017 Licensed to ***** JRE: 1.8.0_152-release-1024-b8 x86_64 JVM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o Mac OS X 10.13.1

Hi there,
Generally speaking: "Preferences | Plugins" - make sure that related plugins are enabled.
Please also tell how do you get there (into Preferences) -- maybe you are using wrong menu item (just a thought though).

you were right, plugins were disabled (don't know why though).
