IntelliJ Ultimate Crashing without Warning

Hello, my intellij keeps crashing without any warning or anything. It is just very annoying as its in the way of my work.
Can someone let me know what do to or how I can fix it? I'm not sure where I can find a log report or something.

Could you provide java crash dumps (
java_error_in*.log)- found in your user home directory (e.g. on Windows: C:\Users\<username>\), if there are any?Also, please share your IDE log files. You can export them from IntelliJ via (Help > Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data). You can zip and upload the requested files here: https://uploads.jetbrains.com, just provide the uploaded file ID.
