After a while, the idea window stops being active

After some time of work, the idea window ceases to be active, I cannot drag it from monitor to monitor and move it inside one monitor. After some time, the top panel disappears, and no errors occur. I tried both with a PC and with a laptop, both have ubuntu 22.04. Time helps to clean the .cache, .local, .config folder

Could you please share idea.log (Help | Show Log in...") after facing the issue and restarting IDE?
Do you see the same issue if you disable Show main menu in a separate toolbar option under IDE

Settings | Appearance & Behavior | Appearance, UI Options?- Yes (on screen). The button in the upper right corner is not clickable, the window has become static and does not move around the screen

Could you please check the issue with 2023.2.1 version? If the issue still occurs, please upload full logs folder zipped - it contains threaddumps that might help with investigation.
