Hello, I have had a year without problems with my student license to use JetBrains products and recently my license has expired, I wanted to renew it because I am still a student. I have already sent two requests with official documents but they have not responded to me and now I saw the GitHub option because I have the Student Pack and I get that account blocked message. Could you help me? Please
I just submitted the "Official Documents" of the student application again, could you review it please?

We are writing to you regarding your student license request. We will need to have some additional information in order to review it. Please apply again and attach your bonafide letter in English/registration certificate/your paid student fee receipt (if applicable) that has to show your full name, the expected date of your program completion and 2023/2024 academic year. We grant student subscriptions if the student continues his/her studies for at least 6 months after the application’s date.
