"Add dependency" is not available

Hi there,
In a Gradle Project in the build.gradle file, when I use right Click -> Generate -> The "Add dependency" does not show up from the list.
I am on Windows and I use IntelliJ IDEA 2023.2.1 (Community Edition)

I am still not able to see `Add Dependency`, Package search plugin already enabled. (IntelliJ IDEA 2024.1.4 (Community Edition))
Unable to see either for Groovy or Kotlin DSL
Sidgate There are known issues IDEA-351080 and IDEA-347746 for this.
Please keep an eye on them for further updates.
