GitPod with IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Desktop

Whenever I open a GitPod workspace with IntelliJ IDEA it opens in the JetBrains Client not in the IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Desktop.


On my Windows 10 machine I have IntelliJ IDEA 2023.2.1 installed.  I also installed JetBrains Gateway 2023.2.1 which has the Gitpod provider installed. In the https://gitpod.io/user/preferences User Settings I have selected IntelliJIDEA 2023.2.1 Editor Desktop as the default editor.  I also use that editor when opening my workspace.  

Is it not possible to use GitPod with IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Desktop or is there some configuration I'm missing?
