Spreadsheet import question

I have a few CSVs/TXTs that I import that have several rows of useless information before it gets into the data with column headers and such. Is there a way to skip these on import?

Otherwise, my option is to either delete the rows beforehand every time (a pain when there's several), or upload the file and offset and then parse into a table (a pain to set up the first time doing it)

Any other ideas?
