By default IDE formats it like: Could you provide a sample DDL and the way you'd like it to be formatted?

I agree it's quite cumbersome. As a temporary workaround one can use speed search (just start typing) withing controls.

Amite15 , could you share jar files list? Have you specified your secret in JDBC URL? I can make them accessible with Azure SQL Database JDBC driver out of the box.

J Blundell ,Have you got a change to take a closer look to SSH Configuration? At the moment IDE supports OpenSSH configs along with Proxy set up. I hope it would cover all your needs.

Yes, we've contacted CarbonBlack/Symantec and totalAV and they have confirmed that jar is clean.

Amite15 ,Command is not important. It's enough to get jar list. By the way, if interactive authentication is required, the driver does support it.
