Missing main window header in second window

System: IntelliJ Ultimate 2023.3.1 (New UI) on Debian Linux (i3)

Problem: The main window header is present in the first window I open. If I open more than one window the main window header is gone in those additional windows. Everything else works fine. I just need the main window header in all windows. This change seems to have happend around the switch to 2023.3. I also switched to the New UI at this time, so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it.

Is there a way to get the main window header back in all windows I open?
