Unable to open the remote file xxx.html

I am using Gateway to develop a Django project, and now I cannot open the html file under the "template" folder. The prompt I got was "Unable to open the remote file xxx.html"

I have tried creating other types of files in this directory and they can be opened and edited normally, but new html type files cannot be opened and edited.

The version I am using is "PyCharm 2023.3.2"
