ADB not found

I have an app created as native for Android and it works fine, with the app deploying and debuggine on the device (and also works with emulator). I now am trying to develop using React Native and created a new app which builds fine. However I am receiving a error that ADB cannot be found when IDEA Ultimate tries to load the app into the device or emulator. 

I searched Marketplace for adb_idea and I cannot locate it in the list. Outside of Jetbrains IDE, searching the Internet I did find adb_idea package but there is not info on how to load it into IDE. This is a Windows 10 machine and I have Android Studio working fine (and it sees the device and can load apps). 

The problem appears to be only with React Native setup in IDEA Ultimate. Any info would be greatly appreciated on how to get adb working so I can start developing under React Native in IDEA Ultimate. Thanks!
